These terms are an agreement between you and Sturdy Stables LLC ("Sturdy Stables," "we," "us"). By using sturdystables.com or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

Sturdy Stables sells nutritional supplements for horses. Our products are for equine use only and are not for human consumption. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplements support wellness; they are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your horse has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is on medication, talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we cancel your order, you receive a full refund. Promotions and discounts can't be applied retroactively.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout, at the subscription price, until you cancel. You can cancel or pause any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing admin@sturdystables.com. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled renewal; bags already charged will still ship.

Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your address. If a package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we'll replace it.

Our guarantees

• 90 day money back guarantee. If you don't see a difference in your horse within 90 days of your first order, email us and we'll refund your purchase.
• Picky horse guarantee. If your horse won't eat it, we make it right with a refund or a replacement.

To claim either guarantee, email admin@sturdystables.com from the email on your order with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Guarantees apply once per household per product and cover a customer's first purchase of that product.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional; guest checkout is always available. You're responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the site or our guarantees.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no fraudulent orders, no impersonating others.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the Sturdy Stables name, logo, product names, images, and copy, belongs to Sturdy Stables LLC and can't be used without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." Individual results vary from horse to horse and we don't guarantee specific outcomes beyond the refund guarantees above. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sturdy Stables LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here with the latest date is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
